The room had a pleasing layout and was very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. I received friendly service from the reception staff when I asked for an extra pillow. I found the parking facilities to be excellent and convenient.

cramped roomstale smoke
i encountered several issues. the room proved cramped, and the bathroom was similarly small. a distinct odor permeated the corridor, which smelled like stale smoke. This smell alone impacted my OVERALL experience significantly.

I found the staff at reception efficient and helpful. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the hotel's location made it easy for me to access the nearby attractions. secure parking was available for a fee. spaces are limited.
the bathroom was quite small. the sink area, in particular, felt cramped.

the breakfast buffet had a sufficient variety of options including both hot and cold items and vegetarian choices were clearly marked. the restaurant offered a healthy chicken burger which i sampled and found quite tasty.

the room did not have aircon i did not notice the fan until morning. the tv in my room only worked on a few channels i could not connect my phone to it. i found this disappointing

The staff, for me, were really good. They helped me check in after I made a mistake. Their friendliness really maked my stay extra special. Breakfast had many choices. I found some wonderful pastries and fresh fruits.
My room was very small. It felt quite claustrophobic. The bathroom downstairs had a bad smell. I really dont understanded.

the location near the train station was really handy. i also got an extra pillow from reception, which i appreciated, the check-in process went quick.
The bathroom was tiny, a issue. there werent enough toiletries. I missed having enough items for tea and coffee.
